How Do I Join Virtual Homes?

Joining Virtual Homes is easy! There is no set-up fee, simply click on "become a member" and fill in your details. Once you become a member, you will be asked whether you want to pay-as-you-go or subscribe to an all you can eat tour buffet. There is help menus throughout the Virtual Homes secure area so you will never get stuck. If you do get stuck, you can just contact us and we can talk you though.

Why Should I Join Virtual Homes?

We have multiple tour types and a vast amount of features. We have every available feature that you will need to create that perfect tour.

We have multiple templates and the ability to personalise that template to fit in with your company branding. We have both streaming video and virtual video using stills, we have flat 180 degree virtual tours and 360 degree tours, we have made virtual tours interactive with hotspots, we have slideshows, we have ebook magazines, we even have a floor planning tool to build your very own floorplans online.

The feature list comprises of some of today's amazing technology, like our Text To Speech application where you can simply type in your voice over and have it said back to you from a male or female voice.

We have taken time to prefect this to sound as real as possible. Or if you want to do your own voice-over, why not use our online microphone! Yes that's right, you can now record your very own voice over and set background music. These are just some of the reasons why you should at least try Virtual Homes. Which Tour Type Should I Choose?


Depending on your skill level and the photos or video you have, you have a great deal to choose from. For example. If you say had a panoramic image, you can either use our Photo Slideshow Tour, upload the photos and set the slideshow to panning. If you had a selection of photos, landscape portrait and panoramic images, you could use our Multimedia Tour and set your own transitions to create a virtual video, or You could use your panoramic images with our 180 degree Virtual Tour. There is simply no right or wrong, just choice,.... which is a good thing!

What Billing Method Should I Use?

Depending on how many tours you intend to do, you have the option to pay-as-you-go or subscribe to Virtual Homes. There are no contracts to sign, you can come and go as you please. However we are sure that we can help you with any of your needs. Remember we love to answer your questions and if you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact one of our sales team.

What Support Do I have If Something Goes Wrong?

When you log into our system, you have the ability to contact us via skype or you can call one of our technical support staff. Emails are answered within a 24 hour period.

How Long Do My Tours Stay Live?

Your tours stay live for a maximum of 1 year. However we don't just delete these, we will contact you to see if the listing is still live. When you build your tour, it is in "Pending" status until you publish it. All tours have a maximum of 48 hours before they by default go into a disabled status. This allows you to run your tour past your vendor and then publish it live. We understand that in some cases it takes a bit longer to get the go ahead. Disabled Tours can be easily put back online, however you will need to contact support.
